Use your blender to make great juice!

Here's my new recipe for a great juice made with a blender:

chopped kale - 2-3 cups
add some mint leaves - this adds a nice flavor
Coconut Water - 2-3 cups
Frozen Fruit - berries, mango, peaches
Lime - juice of one lime.

Blend on liquify and drink, It's delicious!

It increases my energy - and reduces my appetite. I also think it's great for your skin.
